WE OFFER 360° SERVICE!
We offer our customers a 360° service that covers the entire lifecycle of their steel plant. From initial advice and resources to tailored solutions for specific problems, we support you on every step.
Comprehensive feasibility studies help with decision-making. After that, we turn your wishes into reality with a well-founded project and plant engineering plan. INTECO’s professional project and site management team ensures continuous support throughout the project. Additionally, targeted training programs ensure that you are familiar with the processes and know-how that it takes.
To ensure the longevity of your plant, we offer both online and on-site support for maintenance and regular inspection. High-quality spare parts are provided promptly. We help you increase productivity, efficiency, and quality through process optimization or modernization projects. Our commitment goes beyond support –we provide reassurance that your investment will generate maximum benefits in the long term.
Feasibility studies can be conducted for new projects, project expansions, upgrades, process route evaluations, as well as for independent assessments and for financing purposes. It usually starts with a concept study, which is then expanded to comprehensive investigations including FEED or basic engineering.
We bring your unique project to life with customized solutions! INTECO provides both basic and detailed engineering services including mechanical and electrical engineering as well as process automation. The projects are engineered in-house by INTECO’s experienced engineers using modern 3D CAD systems.
In addition to planning, we also handle the entire project execution. Throughout its 50-year history, INTECO has successfully completed several EPCM and turnkey projects around the world. INTECO’s engineers specialize in supporting customers with project management of new plants or upgrading existing plants. The goal is to commission the plants as quickly as possible in order to ramp up production in the shortest amount of time possible. To accomplish this task, expert teams consisting of experienced metallurgists, automation engineers, and electricians work for you on site.
Do you want to be sure that your employees are specifically trained for your system and have the necessary technological know-how? INTECO conveys the know-how and technology, from the raw material to the finished product. The focus is on increasing productivity and efficiency as well as improving quality. Fact-finding studies are used to identify potential for improvement, evaluate cost reduction potential, and jointly agree on specific targets. During the subsequent creation of the know-how documentation, the relevant technology is documented in detail and later implemented on site with technical support from the INTECO experts. In the Experience Center at the headquarters in Bruck/Mur, our customers can experience their steel mill “up close” before completion and undergo customized training.
INTECO offers technical support for project management, mechanics, electrics, automation, and metallurgy for all INTECO systems and system components. After acceptance and expiration of the warranty period, we offer our customers service agreements to provide ongoing support and keep the systems up to date. As part of a system health check, we offer a remote check and on-site inspection at the customer’s premises. During the remote check, specialists analyze your automation and software to ensure proper operation of both. In order to identify any problems that the automation does not recognize, we provide visual inspection of all electrical and mechanical components. We also check the safety and emergency functions, and we take various necessary measurements.
