INTECO has acquired the business assets, technology & intellectual property rights of Siderimpes S.R.L, an Italian company operating in the field of rolling mills since 1964.
With its know-how and expertise gained over the last decades, Siderimpes has already successfully installed more than 40 new projects and modernizations. The company offers the following services and products:

- Special Profile Mills
- High Speed Wire Rod Mills above 100 m/s
- Bar In Coils Systems
- Modernization Projects
- Tailor made application for existing Ball Making Plants
The acquisition of Siderimpes provides an extension to the already wide-ranging product portfolio of INTECO, establishing a one of a kind position in the field of Steel Making- and Rolling. In addition INTECO is strengthening its position on the market, becoming a clear key player for entire Mini Mill projects.
