INTECO receives order from Columbus Stainless

In August 2018 the South African stainless steel producer Columbus Stainless has placed an order for the supply of a new Ladle Furnace. The capacity of the furnace is 110t and it is equipped with auxiliaries such as a T&S Manipulator, a 6-strand wire feeding machine, an emergency stirring lance as well as a deslagging machine.

Delivery and commissioning for this project is planned for November 2019.

This is the first order from a South Africa based company for quite some time for INTECO and definitely represents a good opportunity to establish further business in this region.
