INTECO is pleased with the first melt at IDRO Heavy Foundry & Forging, Iran

The - due to the political situation in 2011 - halted and in late 2015 resumed ESR project at the customer IDRO Heavy Foundry & Forging continues to report positive progress:
By the end of June the INTECO commissioning team accomplished the first melt at the 50t ESR plant, with which production is possible in short collar- as well as in static mold mode.  Before the construction halt already four bogie hearth furnaces with a capacity ranging between 80t and 100t were delivered along with extensive laboratory equipment.

The final inspection of the plant is expected in/planned for September.
