Follow up order from TianMa for INTECO

Following the order for a segment caster in June, TianMa again trusted INTECO as plant engineering company of choice. The steel producer ordered the engineering and supply of a 60t Electric Arc Furnace, again as for the segment caster, being the first Chinese customer for this kind of furnace.

The EAF to be installed at TianMa consists of following key technologies, profiting from the extensive know-how and expertise within the INTECO Group: INTECO PTI chemical energy package, INTECO PTI SwingDoor®, ISEC Smart Electrode Control System, EBT Tapping System and of course using the latest INTECO Fuchs technology and patents.

The implementation of this new EAF will increase TianMa’s production capacity for the production of high quality bearing steel grades.

INTECO and TianMa are confidently looking forward to this project, which will be put into operation in 2018.
