First heat with revamped ESRR furnace at SeAH CSS

SeAH has operated its INTECO ESRR furnace over more than 10 years. As part of the new speciality steel plant consisting of an 8t VIM and an 8t VAR furnace as well as an 8t and one 4t ESR furnace, the ESRR plant has been modernized as well. In May, the first heat was successfully carried out with the revamped 6t furnace, now with an updated control system and significant hardware modernization.
