INTECO receives order from Columbus Stainless

In August 2018 the South African stainless steel producer Columbus Stainless has placed an order for the supply of a new Ladle Furnace. The capacity of the furnace is 110t and it is equipped with auxiliaries such as a T&S Manipulator, a 6-strand wire feeding machine, an emergency stirring lance as well as a deslagging machine.

INTECO wins big revamping project for JSC OEMK

Beginning of August INTECO has received the order for the revamping of the existing bloom caster No.3 from the Russian steel producer JSC OEMK, based in Stariy Oskol. The project contains basically the renewal of all existing equipment between the tundish and the torch cutting unit.

Vardhman Special Steel awards INTECO with billet caster revamping

The Indian steel producer Vardhman Special Steel, based in Ludhiana has recently awarded INTECO with the revamping of their existing billet. INTECO will equip the existing machine with a rigid dummy bar system, secondary cooling, heat insulation and a new mould system for the billet sizes 160sq, 200sq and 240x260.

INTECO carries out first heat at Fushun

INTECO and Fushun special steel are linked by a long time business relationsship when it comes to remelting technology: A few years ago the first INTECO plants have been installed at the innovative Chinese steel producer to full satisfaction of the customer, who is a pioneering role model for many companies in China.
